As much as I love creating music, this year I will be focusing more on visual art oriented projects.
But here’s a track I did, nonetheless.
It’s my cover version of Aref’s classic song, Daryache Noor. In my opinion, the song is timeless. It has a special place in my heart more-so because it was one of the songs my Father would regularly sing when he would perform with his band. He still nails it to this day.
I decided to go with a “rock” approach, but still hold true to the original essence and melodies of the song. I had a lot of fun playing/laying down the guitar and bass tracks.
Drums and Production by Joe Carabeo.
Mastering by Johnnie Kearse III.
